Project manager/sales representative with technical flair for digital solutions and sharp communication skills

RR3D seeks a full- or part-time project manager/sales representative with technical flair for 3D solutions.

Do you want to help create the future’s digital 3D solutions?

RR3D is currently seeking the right candidate to handle an increasing number of projects.

We work with a broad range of different customer segments and industries, and each day brings new challenges.

Our focus areas include:

  • 3D renderings and 3D animation films, primarily of technical products.
  • 3D sales tools (e.g., product configurators and interactive
  • 3D presentations).
  • Custom-developed solutions for virtual showrooms (e.g., for property showcasing).

As a project manager at Rosbjerg3D, you will help handle daily customer contact, quotation processes, project specification, and everyday ad-hoc tasks. You will have a central role in the company, and you will be able to shape the future.

Work tasks include:

  • Assisting in formulating and developing technical requirement specifications and precisely specifying customer needs – this is often a very time-consuming, creative, and technical process that is enormously important for aligning project expectations with customers.
  • Handling customer calls and defining tasks from customers.
  • Conducting ongoing research in 3D technologies and digital tools – constantly seeking new knowledge and inspiration.
  • Participating in meetings (primarily video meetings) with customers and partners. Meetings are held online whenever possible, but in special cases, physical attendance may be necessary (but is definitely not a requirement).
  • Communicating with partners and subcontractors.
  • Assisting with invoicing and other ad-hoc tasks.

It is expected as a minimum that:

  • You have experience specifying technical projects in writing.
  • You communicate precisely and well-articulated in writing.
  • You communicate professionally and thoughtfully with customers.
  • You write and speak fluent Danish and English at a high technical level.
  • You take initiative to explore new development opportunities, and you are accustomed to involving yourself in collaboration with many different partners both internally and externally.
  • You are detail-oriented and goal-focused.
  • You are structured, organized, and can manage large projects (documenting communication, organizing project files, etc.).
  • You can juggle many balls in the air each day.
  • You are conscientious and complete a task from start to finish.
  • You are not afraid to have customer contact or participate in meetings.
  • You are energetic, self-driven, and motivated by seeking knowledge.

Technical requirements:

  • You can work creatively, e.g., with developing mood boards, UI mockups, etc. for customers and can use most products from the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • You work with modern planning tools, such as Trello.
  • You use digital chat and video chat tools like Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp, etc.
  • You have broad knowledge of digital solutions, such as websites, 3D technology, or programming.
  • You are accustomed to working with complex technical projects in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • You are good at spotting new technologies and developing them into new application and business opportunities.
  • You can transform ideas into concrete projects and applicable solutions in the industry.

It would be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you:

  • Are trained as a graphic designer or have worked with graphic design, website setup, or documents, as most of the work involves communicating and specifying customer requirements and ideas – both visually and in writing.
  • Have a flair for technology and software and are generally interested in technology – not necessarily down to all technical details, but understanding general principles and able to combine many technical disciplines into an outstanding result.
  • Have business experience from a 3D studio, software company, web agency, construction or architecture industry, or machinery industry – but the most important thing is that you are willing to learn new things.
  • It is a great advantage if you have knowledge of, or have previously used 3D software or game engines in your work.

It is crucial that you as an applicant are 100% aware that this position will require many focus areas, and that you will often need to deal with many different projects in a single day – working hours are not fixed, and the work is generally more project/milestone-oriented.

Optimally, you would be available from 08-16, but evening or night work is also possible. You will have the freedom to manage your own time, but you must be available when it matters and meet deadlines and agreements. How you otherwise manage your time is up to you.

Daily communication will normally take place via chat, combined with video calls with screen sharing and phone calls when necessary.

The work can be done 100% digitally, and it will be necessary to participate in daily or weekly online meetings with introductions to new projects, status on ongoing projects, etc.

Depending on where you live in the country, this may possibly be supplemented with weekly or monthly physical meetings to create a better personal relationship.

You optimally have your own PC and necessary equipment for a home office – if this is not the case, a solution will be found.

Interviews are held continuously. It is highly appreciated if you can present examples or give precise descriptions of your previous work in your CV or portfolio.

There is no focus on grades or formal education. Most importantly, you need to have relevant work experience, a natural ability and a willingness to learn new things.

Application and CV can be sent to peter@rr3d.dk. Please write: “Re: Job posting for project manager” in the subject line.

Start date: as soon as possible.
