Clear agreement

At Rosbjerg and Reimers 3D, we believe in clear agreements and transparency. When you choose us for your 3D project, we always start with a detailed proposal and a solid agreement that ensures security for both parties.

  • Dialogue – We start with a thorough dialogue where we listen to your needs and wishes for the project.

  • Proposal: Based on the dialogue, we prepare a customized proposal that describes the project’s scope, services, price, and timeline.

  • Agreement – When you accept the proposal, we prepare a written agreement that specifies all details and expectations for the collaboration.

  • Signatures – The agreement is signed by both parties, so both parties feel secure about the process and the agreed terms.

  • Conflict prevention – The agreement minimizes the risk of misunderstandings and conflicts during the project.

What does the agreement contain?

Our agreement includes, among other things:

  • Project description: A detailed description of the project, including goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Price and payment terms: A clear specification of the project price and the agreed payment terms. We typically charge 50% of the estimated project price at start, the remainder upon project completion.
  • Copyright: A clarification of the copyright to the produced material.
  • Confidentiality: A confidentiality agreement that ensures your information is treated confidentially.
  • Liability and insurance: A description of our liability and insurance in connection with the project.
  • Output: Video, images, interactive 3D presentations, or VR? And which formats? MP4, PNG?
  • Deadline: When your project must be completed at the latest.
  • Info about revisions: How many revisions/changes are included in the project? Read more about our revision process here.
  • Definition of goals and deliverables: Who and what determines when the project is finished?
  • Signatures: Both parties sign the agreement.
